Feeling down about his reptilian appearance, Blue Racer wonders what it would be like to instead be a bird. Just then, a wizard appears out of thin air in need of some snake sweat for a magical potion. Blue Racer refuses to help, but the wizard entices him by offering to grant him three wishes. Intrigued, Blue Racer wishes he had wings. The wizard obliges, but a little courting escapade, an encounter with Crazylegs Crane, and the rescue of a small chick make Blue Racer realize that life as a winged blue snake isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Midori is a high school student of a brand new school. Elected as a member of the first student body government, Midori and the rest of the officers decide to put together a gakuen-sai--a school festival. Midori likes Akira, who happened to help her out during the election speech (she fell on stage, with some more embarrassment). She's excited about working for the festival, especially since she gets to work with Akira. She tries to be a match-maker for Mamiya-san (Mami-ryn) and Sudoh-kun during the process too.

袋 Fukuro (Japanese for "bag" or "sack") is a 3-minute short film from 2001. It features Pyramid Head and a Lying Figure from Silent Hill 2, the Fukuro Lady, and many monsters from early sketches for Silent Hill 2. The film contains disturbing, surreal imagery.

A duck may not look the muscled part, Donald takes his job as village blacksmith serious. First he fashions a new iron ring for an oxcart-wheel, and expertly makes it dance onto the wood, but then painfully experiences the laws of physics mercilessly punish any size error, worsened each time he insists. Then Donald services a shy-looking client: vain 'Jacqueline-ass' Jenny, who refuses to approve any of the shoe-models he presents, and therefore stubbornly resists his equally driven attempts to fit it on her back-hoof.

While feeling amorous, the Blue Racer hits on what he believes is a fellow snake but turns out to be a tough elephant's trunk. The elephant gives him a pounding but hurts his trunk in the process. Coming upon the Japanese Beetle, the pachyderm asks him to perform a little chiropractic karate on his sore trunk. The Beetle obliges, and in gratitude the elephant promises to protect him from a certain serpent.

Beyond the human realm, there is a magical race of beings who control the tides and the changing of the seasons. One of these beings, a young girl named Chun, seeks something more—she wants to experience the human world! At sixteen, she finally gets her chance and transforms into a dolphin in order to explore the world that has her fascinated. But she soon discovers that it's a dangerous place and nearly gets killed in a vortex. Luckily, her life is spared when a young boy sacrifices himself to save her. Moved by his kindness and courage, she uses magic to bring him back to life only to learn that this power comes at a serious price. On a new adventure, she’ll have to make her own sacrifices in order to protect his soul until it is ready to return to the human world.

Cyborg 009 movie based on the manga of the same name. Features 009's origin and an epic battle against Black Ghost and their evil robot forces.

Li'l Abner is busy sculpting a giant-granite statue of his two ideal role-models of bachelor-hood, Hairless Joe and Lonesome Polecat, who live in a cave and spend all of their time in brewing up large vats of moonshine Kickapoo Juice, and forever searching for just the right ingredients to give it the perfect kick, and roadkill is not overlooked. The always-delectable (except when drawn by the Columbia animators on this cartoon series) Miss Daisy Mae Scragg is heartbroken as she does not share Abner's admiration of the two bachelors--a strictly platonic relationship---who share a cave pad outside the Dogpatch city limits. Neither does Mammy Yokum and she sets out to help Hairless Joe and Lonesome Polecat in a search for a wife, although Hairless Joe and Lonesome Polecat are not aware they are in the matrimony market nor that a search is in progress.

Woody Woodpecker gallops into a wild western town, which can't keep a sheriff very long due to the notorious outlaw (and sheriff-killer) Buzz Buzzard. Woody volunteers for the position but barely has time to shine up his badge before Buzz rides in with intent to do harm to Sheriff Woody. But Woody has no intentions of allowing Buzz to follow through on his intents.
